Service and fee
SurgiLoom is operated by Shri Hari Gangavarapu in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You can submit your medical reports to receive 3–5 suitable Indian hospital options and coordination support.
The one-time coordination fee is US$180. It covers SurgiLoom’s facilitation and coordination service only. Treatment, travel and accommodation are not included and are paid directly to the relevant providers.
Medical decisions
SurgiLoom is not a hospital or medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Hospital suggestions are based on the reports you submit; they are options for your consideration, not a medical recommendation.
You make the final choice of hospital, doctor and treatment in consultation with your treating doctors. SurgiLoom does not guarantee medical outcomes, hospital prices, visa approval or availability.
Your information
You must provide accurate and complete information, including medical reports, so that the options and coordination can be based on the details you share.
Independent options
SurgiLoom does not accept hospital payments that influence its recommendations.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
